“I wish I could give 100 stars. The guys at Appalachian Automotive are beyond kind and professional. I am usually very uncomfortable when I go to mechanics, especially as a woman who knows NOTHING about cars. In the past, I’ve had people treat me like I’m an idiot and just be plain rude. You will NOT get that at Appalachian Automotive. They’re respectful, clean, fast, and friendly. I also feel the pricing was reasonable. I don’t know much, but it seemed fair for all the work they did for me.”

“These guys rock! They are super nice and really don't hide any problems that my car maybe experiencing. I've taken my Jeep down here for multiple visits and they always deliver on their service. I went down to get my left front tire rod replaced back in April. They found out my whole front tire rod would have to be replaced instead. However they said if I paid for the whole part alone, they wouldn't have to pay me for labor hours. I was genuinely surprised on how reasonable they were. Easily recommend. Even if you aren't close or live in Beaver it is definitely worth the trip! Thank you for all of the services you guys provide and staying friendly and professional!”
